We had a great group try out for the ECOBDA all-district honor band today. Many of those who tried, obtained a chair in that group.

Lincoln County Emergency Management has cancelled the tornado warning in Lincoln County. The school is releasing students and staff from the tornado safe areas at the school.

We are starting Food WARS! 6th-12th grade will all have boxes outside of the library starting Monday! Please help us encourage students to participate. All food will be delivered to Mammoth Baptist Church on Friday, November 15th. The proceeds go to their food pantry on Saturday, November 16th. Last year our combined efforts were able to provide food for 60 families! We would love to see our donation increase even more! Thank you for your help!

Great job Payton and Hunter representing Meeker XC at State today! Payton finished 35th with a new PR of 13:52 on the 2 mile course. And Hunter finished 90th in the 5k with a time or 21:16. Both races had over 125 runners. Proud of both of their efforts and finishing the season strong! Can’t wait for next season!

Great day to be a bulldog!!

Great job for the Meeker bands representing today. We had Hunter Harness representing XC for state plus Mylee Washburn, Zoe Randall, Mallory Blankenship and Holly Turner all auditioned for a spot on the OSSBDA all state band. An even bigger Congrats to Mallory for earning a chair in that band. 7th out of all 2a-4a trombones in the state. This is the second year in a row and a big deal. We'll done kiddos.

Seminole State College Recruitment is hosting a Visit Day event for high school juniors and seniors on Tuesday, November 12th. From 9:00am to 12:30pm, students will participate in breakout sessions, tour campus, and enjoy a free lunch in the Student Union. It is free for students to register, and they are welcome to bring a parent/guardian with them!
